Ethical Guidelines for Journal Publication

All parties involved in the publishing process (authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher) are expected to adhere to ethical standards at all stages of publication.
Duties of Authors
Authors must:

Duties of Reviewers
Reviewers must:

- Maintain confidentiality of manuscripts
- Identify relevant published work not cited by authors
- Report any suspected ethical issues (plagiarism, duplication, etc.)
- Decline review if conflicts of interest exist
Duties of Publisher
The publisher is committed to:
- Supporting editorial independence
- Ensuring integrity of the academic record
- Preventing commercial influence on editorial decisions
- Addressing ethical issues transparently and responsibly
- Plagiarism
- Data fabrication or falsification
- Duplicate publication
- Improper authorship attribution
Any violation will result in actions such as:
- Rejection of manuscript
- Retraction of published article
- Notification to affiliated institutions
If errors or ethical issues are identified after publication, the journal will issue corrections, clarifications, or retractions to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
