Putra Jaya Journal of Management and Organizational Studies accepts manuscripts in the form of original research articles, review articles, and conceptual papers in the fields of management and organizational studies. All submitted manuscripts must meet high academic standards and publication ethics, be original, have not been previously published, and must not be under consideration by any other journal.

As an international journal, PJJMOS serves authors from all regions of the world and is committed to providing a global and inclusive publishing platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers. All manuscripts published in this journal undergo an efficient and transparent editorial process designed to support authors, facilitate wide dissemination, and enhance access to relevant and impactful research in management and organizational contexts.

By registering, readers will receive the Table of Contents by email for each new issue of the journal. This registration also allows the journal to demonstrate readership engagement.
