Archiving Policy

Kota Kinabalu Journal of Public Health and Community Medicine (KKJPHCM) is committed to ensuring the long-term digital preservation and accessibility of all published content through reliable archiving systems.

All published articles are securely preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a digital preservation service provided by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP).

Through this system, the journal’s content is deposited into a distributed preservation network, ensuring permanent access and protection against data loss. This guarantees that all published articles will remain accessible even in the event that the journal website becomes unavailable.

In addition to PKP PN, KKJPHCM encourages institutional repositories and indexing services to archive published content in accordance with the journal’s open-access policy.
